I came looking for help because I felt I had lost my way. I lived with a constant sense of suffocation and stagnation. I was going through severe insomnia: my body exhausted, my mind at 100%, and my nervous system in permanent alert.
I knew it wasn't something superficial, nor something that would be solved with more discipline or willpower. The root was deeper.
With Dhru I found something different: safe, structured, professional work. There's real knowledge of the psyche, clear direction, and, above all, presence.
After each session there was clarity, understanding, and stability. Today I have real tools to move through what used to dominate me. I'm recovering my dreams and my rest. There's more steadiness in my character and a more honest connection with myself.
It's work for anyone willing to look inward with honesty. It isn't superficial. It's the work of consciousness.
I was exhausted from searching, from doubting, from feeling guilt, fear, anxiety, and pain. At times I even felt physical suffocation. Listening to an interview with Dhruva and then his podcast, I began to understand that trauma wasn't only something that had happened to me, but an experience still living in my body.
After two years of listening to his work, I decided to reach out to him. From the very first session I felt an uncommon combination of deep clarity, embodied experience, and a simple humanity that gave me the safety to explore even the most sensitive places.
Through his guidance I understood that releasing trauma wasn't about fighting my story, but about learning to allow myself to feel fully. I began to regulate my anxiety and to relate to my experience without resistance or urgency.
The practice of radical allowing transformed my process. The glimpses of my true nature stopped being abstract ideas and became a direct experience of rest, clarity, and peace.
Today my relationship with trauma has changed radically. What used to be constant tension became a doorway to a deeper understanding. This process has been authentic, sustained, and healing.
I came to know Dhruva through his podcast and various interviews in which he shared content of profound value.
In one of the darkest moments of my life, I dared to write to him. I received a prompt, warm reply that marked the beginning of an important process.
In our remote sessions I began not only to heal wounds, but to reconnect with the light and, at the same time, to embrace parts of me that I had denied for years. I learned to accept my processes and to hold myself with greater presence and love.
Guided by his accompaniment, I set out on a path that continues to this day: to know myself from honesty, so that my life and my relationships hold a truer meaning.
There's something particular in his presence and in the way he communicates: it conveys clarity and direction. In every session I felt the certainty of moving along the right path.
About three years ago, the life I had built fell apart. I found myself in crisis and adrift.
In that search I found the podcast Cultivo de Consciencia. It became a daily space of reflection that accompanied me for a long time.
I had tried different therapies, retreats, and paths, but I still felt that something didn't “click” in my body and my mind.
Working directly with Dhruva was different. The sessions helped me return to myself, to recognize my existence more clearly, and to feel that freedom wasn't an idea, but a possible experience.
The most valuable part of the process has been learning to integrate parts of me that I used to reject — even the darkest ones — and understanding that they too are part of my wholeness.
It has been a deep and transformative accompaniment on my path.
Working with Dhruva was a deeply transformative experience on my path. Although I had followed him for a long time through his podcasts, the direct work marked a before and after.
His accompaniment allowed me to see clearly aspects of myself I used to overlook, and to approach inner parts I had once touched with fear or distance.
Many understandings that would probably have taken me years to integrate were able to settle in a clear and experiential way, thanks to his way of transmitting from experience, not only from knowledge.
He is an honest and profound guide who genuinely facilitates processes of transformation. I recommend him to anyone who feels the call to look at themselves with more truth and depth.
Having the fortune to first find Dhruva's podcast and then work with him in one-on-one sessions was a gift at a moment in my life that felt meaningless.
I was drowning in chores, with a sense of numbness toward life.
Dhruva has the ability to make his words resonate deeply, because they're born of his own experience. He managed to draw me out of my mind and place me in a wider perspective, where I could even laugh at my own lethargy.
Thank you, Dhruva. It has been a pleasure to share this process.
The online sessions with Dhruva have given me very loving tools on my path of self-knowledge.
They've helped me recognize myself and reconnect with myself and with the world from an honest, compassionate, and loving place.
The result has been a well-being that feels sustainable.
The sessions with Dhruva have been a great help in moving through difficult moments in my life.
They're like a breath of fresh air: they fill me with vital energy and calm.
I'm deeply grateful to have crossed paths with him.
The information Dhruva shares and his therapeutic accompaniment have been profound and loving tools in my process of growth.
His guidance allowed me to widen my perspective, understand myself with greater clarity, and hold myself with more confidence in my experience.
It has been a space of real integration, where understanding doesn't stay in the mind, but finds depth in the body and in lived experience.
I began my process with Dhruva about three years ago, and it has been a before and after in my life. His accompaniment has allowed me to look at my experience beyond the mind's stories and to recognize that healing can happen from the body, in contact with the wisdom of Being.
His sessions are unlike any other therapy I've experienced, because they don't revolve around the story, but around direct experience. Dhruva has helped me remember the way back to myself, to know that my own nature is always intact, and to understand that there is nowhere to arrive because everything has always been within me.
Walking with him as my teacher or spiritual guide has given me back hope and the conviction that it's possible to live with greater peace, flow, and acceptance. And today I feel much more aligned and at greater peace than before I knew him.
Dhruva also opened in me the door to meditation, today a fundamental practice in my daily life.
So grateful to Dhruva, because the different experiences he has shared and that I've had the chance to witness have been powerful in discovering my being and in my personal path. With him I've learned a great deal, but the most valuable has been being able to hold myself in my natural state of steadiness, and also to receive, without judgment, all my states of unrest.
That and more has transformed the way I live; more and more I feel lighter mentally and emotionally, full of life and with a deep love that flows from me toward everything else that is also my being.
Happy to continue in the encounters, on the path of expansion that never ends.
At a moment in my life when my mind was asking for rest, I came almost by chance to Cultivo de Consciencia on Spotify. From the very first moment I felt something uncommon: calm.
So I simply let myself be carried by his words.
I began to seek out more moments alone with that voice. I don't quite know how to explain it, but there was something that connected me deeply. At times it was confronting, yet not from judgment, but from coherence: an authentic feeling that seemed to touch something deep and true in me.
One day, in one of those moments of listening, I felt a very deep clarity and calm. I clearly remember an implicit invitation: “let go…”.
My body was relaxed, but at the same time I felt each part yielding little by little. I thought: everything we carry.
It wasn't something dramatic; it was rather the most real thing I've ever felt.
I don't know how much time passed, but I do remember what I thought when it ended: I must write to that voice that seems to know me.
That's how I came to Dhru.
Thank you for sharing your voice and your calm.
There are experiences that aren't only lived… they're also felt in the soul.
This weekend I took part in a formative encounter on Eastern spirituality that was truly inspiring. Every word, every teaching, and every moment left something valuable within me.
Thank you, Dhruva, for your presence, your clarity, and for guiding us with such depth.
I leave with a full heart and the certainty that the inner path is always worth walking.
Thank you for so much light and learning.
Dear Dhruva, thank you so much for such a beautiful and profound weekend.
It was a very special experience that allowed us to pause, connect with awareness, and remember the importance of living in presence. The meditations, the exercises, and all the wisdom you shared were truly valuable.
Personally, I take with me a very great sense of peace and clarity, and the reminder that, at the deepest level, we are all connected.
It was a perfect weekend, full of learning and discovery.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for guiding us on this path.

He currently develops one-on-one processes, immersive encounters in nature, and formative spaces for institutional and organizational contexts in Mexico City, Valle de Bravo, and other settings.
A space to inhabit strength from presence and conscious movement.
This encounter offers an exploration of strength and mobility not as performance or demand, but as a living way of relating to the body. Through psychosomatic movement, work with rings, animal flow explorations, functional yoga sequences, and resources from contemporary bodywork, a strength is cultivated that arises from grounding, attention, and present listening.
Here, strength isn't built from tension or the will to surpass oneself, but from recognizing the body as an intelligent organism, able to support itself, adapt, and move with stability and flow.
This kind of work makes it possible to develop real strength and authentic muscular growth, without exhausting the nervous system or forcing the body to operate from adrenaline. It isn't about pushing harder, but about organizing better. That's why many people discover they can grow stronger without leaving drained — with more energy, clarity, and presence than they arrived with.
Mobility isn't understood as forced flexibility, but as the body's real availability to respond to life. Movement becomes a means to feel, organize, and inhabit space with greater coherence and economy of effort.
The aim isn't to train an ideal body, but to let the real body find its natural power when it stops being pushed and begins to be listened to.
The tools used — psychosomatic work, rings, animal flow, yoga, and contemporary bodywork — aren't applied as closed methods, but as languages in service of what the body is asking for, here and now.
No prior experience is required.
Each body participates from where it is.
A space to return to the body and allow it to reorganize from its own wisdom.
This encounter offers a somatic exploration oriented toward grounding, presence, and conscious rest. Through gentle movement, breath, contact with the floor, and guided bodily practices, a space opens to inhabit the body with greater sensitivity, stability, and listening.
Here the aim isn't to regulate the nervous system as a way of fleeing from what is felt or what hurts.
Regulation arises from the present reality of what we are, which is the true source of rest and safety.
Somatic techniques, nervous-system regulation, and polyvagal approaches aren't used as correction, but as a loving extension that flows from our essence toward the body and personal experience.
It isn't about correcting experience, but about allowing the body to find its own rhythm, its support, and its natural capacity for rest.
The encounter is open to anyone, with or without prior experience.
The practice adapts to the moment and to whatever is alive for each person.
A space to inhabit strength from presence and conscious movement.

A space for the direct exploration of experience and the recognition of what we are.
This encounter offers an immersion in experience just as it is, without trying to modify it, improve it, or lead it to a particular state. Through direct inquiry, open attention, bodily listening, and moments of deep rest, the possibility opens to recognize that which is present before, during, and after any experience.
Here it isn't about entering a special state, but about seeing honestly how the mind seeks safety by chasing pleasant thoughts, fleeing uncomfortable ones, or resisting sensations and emotions already labeled as problematic. This threefold dynamic — seeking, avoiding, and resisting — is observed with clarity, not in order to correct it, but to recognize its impermanent nature, empty of substance.
When this dynamic is seen directly, something essential is revealed: though the searches exhaust themselves, life goes on. There is a presence that was here before the attempt to find something better, that remains during the search, and that is still here when the search dissolves.
The immersion opens a space to recognize that continuity, not as an idea or a belief, but as intimate, direct evidence in experience. Thoughts, emotions, sensations, and states can change freely without that which is aware of them needing to be protected, regulated, or sustained.
The work may include introspective conversation, guided inquiry, moments of silence, gentle somatic exploration, and deep-rest practices inspired by Yoga Nidra — not as techniques to induce something, but as invitations to stop interfering with what is already present.
This encounter doesn't promise healing, awakening, or personal transformation.
It simply offers a space to recognize what never left.
No prior experience is required.
Only a willingness to look with honesty.
A space designed for educational, institutional, and professional contexts where understanding needs to be integrated into living experience.
It isn't a traditional class.
It isn't a motivational lecture.
It isn't the transmission of accumulative content.
It's a space where body, experience, and conceptual framework align.
In this encounter, learning isn't limited to the cognitive.
Understanding is embodied.
