Dhruva Lance facilitates spaces devoted to the direct recognition of our true nature and the exploration of human experience.
At the heart of his work is Direct Path — a simple invitation to look directly at our own experience, explored through Direct Inquiry, Meditative Dialogue, and Stillness.
When human support is needed, his work also draws upon Human Regeneration: deep rest, Somatic Allowing, psychological integration, nervous system regulation, Awake Yoga Nidra, Self-Led IFS, and Somatic Mobility. These approaches honor the organism's innate capacity to rest, recover, regulate, and reorganize, without presenting well-being or healing as prerequisites for recognition.
Embodiment is understood not as another practice, but as the way recognition increasingly finds expression through the body, relationships, movement, creativity, and life itself.
After nearly three decades of teaching, thousands of people have passed through his spaces of practice, exploration, and self-knowledge.
He has taught and collaborated internationally in spaces such as Yoga Tree Studios in California and Alvin Ailey in New York. In Mexico, he founded and directed Narayana Yoga Studio and the Tandava studios in Valle de Bravo, which established themselves over the years as spaces of practice and training.
He is the creator of the podcast Cultivo de Consciencia, the POY ® (Psychosomatic Oriented Yoga) system, and AWAKE — a contemporary exploration of human development devoted to the direct recognition of our true nature and the innate intelligence of life.
He currently facilitates Private Engagements, Gatherings, nature immersions, and work with organizations in Mexico City, Valle de Bravo, online, and other settings.
